In this sTARTUp Lab workshop, students can learn about financial issues with Nevercode co-founder Triin Kask and about legal issues with Kristina Viznovitš from Law Firm LMP.
Triin has been building startups since 2010. She’s a co-founder and the ex-CEO of Nevercode, a company that’s building software for mobile app developers to speed up their work.
Triin will share her experience how to manage finances from the beginning, when the company is not yet established and there are bunch of enthusiasts working on a breakthrough idea, to the moment when you have tens of employees, collaboration contracts with Google and Amazon, paying companies like Toyota, BMW, SurveyMonkey, Schneider Electrics and shareholders and investors from different countries on board.
Kristina deals with different fields of law, mainly IT- law and data protection, business law and Intellectual property law. Kristina has consulted different start-up companies to help them with entering the market and Update their documentation.
Kristina will touch the subject of documentation that every startup should consider having and the subject of defining and protecting your intellectual property.
