Pitching is a good way to draw attention to your idea, attract investors and put yourself to the test. In addition, it helps to develop your public speaking skills, and a great pitch can bring success! As STARTER programme teams are soon going to pitch their ideas at Kaleidoskoop, it’s time to perfect the pitches with the help of a good mentor!
Pitch training will be delivered by Mayri Tiido. Over the past 10 years she has trained more than 4000 people from more than 35 countries. She's one of the co-founders of Materjalivoog, a marketplace for industrial leftovers.
The pitch training will have a rapid pace with interactive
tasks and exercises. During the training you will find out why we need
pitching, how to put together and deliver a pitch that's convincing.
Why is this important? If you haven’t practiced pitching out loud before, you don’t know exactly how it feels.
You will practice pitching with a natural voice and intonation, design a pitch, practice it and get feedback!
The event is funded by the European Social Fund.
